Currently yes. Now we design just pets, but any of them: dogs, cats, birds, horses etc.

We can't promise, because some types of customer requests are quite complex and may take too much time for our designers. And this goes beyond the established cost of canvas. But you can leave us your personal request in a special field called MAKE A NOTE FOR DESIGNER on any product page before ordering and we will exactly try to do our best to make you happy!

Yes, you can count on it! After finish we will send you the portrait for design proof by Whatsapp so you can add any changes if you want. We have a 100% customer satisfaction rule, so you will finally stay happy in any case!

Our canvases are made in India and come with a hard sealed backing and hanging hardware for an effortless install.

Now we provide just one frame size: 8 x 10 inch. This is the most compact and best variant for gifts. Frame sickness is 1.25 inch.

It usually takes 3-5 business days for us to design and produce your custom products. Once it shipped, you can expect delivery in 5-10 business days for Indian orders (historically even 3-5). For international orders, you can expect delivery in 10-30 business days depending on the destination. NOTICE! Production time may take longer on holidays due to demand growth.

For the Indian customers shipping fee is ₹99 or Free during offer periods. The shipping cost for our international customers depends on the destination of the order. Typically, international shipping is $7-$12.

Yes, you can. The tracking number will be sent to you by email & Whatsapp as soon as the tracking information becomes available.

If you need to change the details of your order, you should contact us immediately by whatsapp or email. Once your order has been shipped, we are not able to stop it. To prevent this, please check the address you entered carefully.
